What is difference between PoC and Prototype?

A PoC is designed to demonstrate the feasibility of a specific idea or concept. It answers the question, “Can this idea work?” whereas A prototype serves to explore and test the design and user experience of a product. It answers the question, “How will this product look and function?”

In Short, a PoC is about validating whether an idea can work in principle, while a prototype is about exploring how that idea can be implemented in practice.
